Khirsu Hill station

In the Indian state of Uttarakhand's Pauri Garhwal district is the hill town of Khirsu. Khirsu is located at an elevation of 1760 m, 19 KM from Pauri in the north and 160 KM from Dehradun in the west.

Khirsu is renowned for its beautiful surroundings. A breathtaking 300 km wide panoramic vista of the Himalayas, including the snow-capped Trishul, Nanda Devi, Nandakot, Chaukhamba, and Panchchuli peaks, can be seen from this hill station. The majestic pines, big oaks, and ancient deodar trees surround the charming town of Khirsu. This breathtaking hill queen is positioned 1,900 metres above sea level. Khirsu is renowned for its apple orchards that yield tasty, rosy apples and provides a 180-degree vista of the Himalayas that have been touched by the sun. If you want to spend your vacation in a lovely location in the centre of the Himalayas, this is one of the greatest places to go.
