TERMS & CONDITIONS
1- The interested participant shall have to register himself at least one day before the scheduled date and time of each session/class.
2- Limited seats are available and the allotment of seats at each yoga session/class shall be made on first come first serve basis.
3- The registration fees/package fees or any other fees once paid shall not be refunded/ adjusted in any circumstances.
4- All the meals shall be provided at the venue.
5- Privilege of seating at yoga class and cultural evenings shall be given according to the cost of package purchased by respective participants.
6- Packages once booked in respective name shall not be transferable.
7- Please bring your valid ID card along with the online booking receipt at the time of your arrival at the venue.
8- Please ensure that the name on the ID proof and the booking receipt are the same.
9- For Seven days package the accommodation shall be provided w.e.f. 29th Feb 2025 and checkout on 07th March 2025 after the closing ceremony.
10- All accommodation packages include daily satvik vegetarian meals, two times tea/coffee/lemon water during yoga session, daily shuttle for pickup and dropping from the stay of hotel where you have booked through us to the venue in the morning and evening, privilege passes to attend the cultural evenings and privilege to participate at opening and closing ceremonies of the Festival.
11- Anything other than those mentioned in point no. 10 shall be charged extra.
12. This process shall be is governed and construed in accordance with the Laws of India without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the sites/services.
