By Road :
You can reach Rudranath by taking a bus till Rishikesh from ISBT Kashmiri gate, New Delhi. From Rishikesh there are buses and taxis taking you to Gopeshwar. It is connected to major parts of Uttarakhand by well mettled roads.
By Air :
The nearest Airport to Rudranath is the Jolly Grant Airport at Dehradun, located at a distance of 258kms from Rudranath. You can get taxis upto Gopeshwar or Saggar village from the Airport. Jolly Grant airport is connected to Delhi by daily flights.
By Rail :
The nearest railway station to Rudranath is the Rishikesh railway station situated at a distance of 241kms. You can get taxis and buses up to Gopeshwar from the station. Rishikesh is connected to major towns of North India through the Indian railways and trains are frequent to Rishikesh.

Nandi Kund
Nandikund is a lake dedicated to Lord Shiva and is believed that Nandi Bull of the lord used to drink water from this lake. It is situated in green meadows and is surrounded with peaks covered with snow from three sides. This kund has mythological relevance as it is believed that a corroded sword seen near the lake belongs to Pandavas. Nandikund is also popular as during summers, the water is found extremely cold.
Pitradhar
Pitradhar is located at a high elevation where tourists can enjoy trekking on the Himalayan Mountains. The site also provides a view of the valley and is dotted with asymmetrical rocks and pebbles. Pitradhar is located at an elevation of 4000 m above sea level and offers a bird’s eye view of the beautiful valley. This is the highest point of the Rudranath trekking route. This route passes through the lush green meadows, ridges and crags.
Panar Bugiyal
Panar Bugiyal is a meadow that is filled with flowers and seems to be like a flowery carpet. Tourists can also visit temples and a waterfall located in the nearby area. Situated deep inside the Himalayas, Panar Bugyal offers Majestic and real close up views of the snow clad peaks of Mighty Trishul, Maa Nandadevi, Dronagiri, Hathi and Ghodi and other peaks. Kalpeshwar
Kalpeshwar is a Hindu temple dedicated to Shiva located at an elevation of 2,200 m (7,217.8 ft) in the picturesque Urgam valley in the Garhwal region of Uttarakhand state in India.
Kalpeshwar is the only Panch Kedar temple accessible throughout the year. At this small stone temple, approached through a cave passage, the matted tress (jata) of Lord Shiva is worshipped.

Madhyamaheshwar or Madmaheshwar is a Hindu temple dedicated to the Hindu god, Shiva, located in the Goundar village of Garhwal Himalayas in Uttarakhand, India. Situated at an elevation of 3,497 m (11,473.1 ft), it is one of the Panch Kedar pilgrimage circuit, comprising five Shiva temples in the Garhwal region. The middle (madhya) or belly part or navel (nabhi) of Shiva, is worshipped at this temple, believed to be built by the Pandavas.
